Terms & Conditions for Vantum Surgical, tailored to reflect industry standards and best practices
1. Company Commitment
At Vantum Surgical, we uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Once a contract is established with a client, we are committed to executing it faithfully, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
2. Pricing Policy
Our prices remain stable for one year. However, they are subject to change based on fluctuations in international steel prices and other market variables. Clients will be notified in advance of any adjustments.
3. Minimum Order Requirement
We require a minimum order value of USD $1,000 to process and fulfill any delivery.
4. Payment Terms
Advance Payment: 75% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation.
Balance Payment: The remaining 25% is due prior to shipment. Clients are encouraged to inspect their goods before final payment.
Ownership Clause: All goods remain the property of Vantum Surgical until full payment is received.
5. Shipping & Additional Charges
Freight and shipping charges may apply based on the delivery destination and method. These charges will be communicated during the order process unless otherwise specified.
6. Returns & Claims Policy
Inspection: Clients should inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any visible loss or damage must be reported immediately to the forwarding agent.
Concealed Damage: Must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Return Authorization: No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number.
Return Conditions: Returns must be made within 21 days of the invoice date. Returned goods will be inspected before any credit is issued.
Non-Returnable Items: Special order products or items sold on a non-return basis are not eligible for return.
